ISLAMABAD: The Election Commission (EC) has categorically denied the news items published in the media regarding the population census and said that no meeting has been held in the commission in this regard. According to the spokesperson of the Election Commission (EC), the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) is bound by the Constitution and the law. No meeting has been held in the commission regarding population census and neither this matter has been discussed in any meeting of the commission.
