District admin warns private schools to observe winter vacations

Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Fahim has warned private educational institutions against violating the winter vacation notification issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Education Department, stating that strict legal action will be taken against defaulters from January 3.
According to a statement, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial government has officially notified winter vacations for all government and private educational institutions. However, the district administration has received complaints that some private schools were continuing academic activities for their own benefit in violation of the directive.
He said that clear instructions have been issued to all educational institutions in Bannu district to strictly implement the provincial government’s notification. The DC emphasized that compliance was mandatory and no institution will be allowed to defy government orders.
Muhammad Fahim further warned that schools found violating the winter vacation policy would face strict legal action without any leniency, adding that the district administration would ensure full enforcement of the notification to safeguard the interests of students and parents.
