PESHAWAR: The Shahpur Police Station during its campaign against the drug mafia conducted operations in different areas made an arrest and recovered drugs from his possession. Police said that information based operation was carried out during which drugs had been recovered. The arrested man was identified as Waqas resident of Gulbahar area of Peshawar. More than 1kg each heroin, hashish, and smuggled money and weapons have also been recovered from his possession. The arrested suspect was allegedly involved in supplying drugs of different kinds to specific customers in the area. Police statement said that a case was registered against him and further investigation was underway for more arrest. Our Correspondent
