ISLAMABAD: Election Commission (EC) has issued new list of registered political parties and intra party election of JI and PML-N have been accepted. According to list issued on EC website 66 political parties are registered. The name of heads of these political parties have been included in the list. As per list the intra party presidential election of PML-N and intra party election of JI have been accepted. Name of PTI chairman has not been updated on website being the matter of PTI intra party election pending hearing in EC. EC has updated name of Mian Nawaz Sharif as PML-N president and Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman as JI Amir. Website includes name of president Asif Ali Zardari as president PPP and Bilalwal Bhutto Zardari as chairman PPP. Paksir Zameen party too is included in the list of registered parties. According to website name of Asfandyar Wali Khan as president of ANP is there being the matter of intra party election of ANP pending. Online
