ISLAMABAD: Election Commission (EC) has fixed May 8 for hearing the petition filed against success of opposition leader Omar Ayub in general election. EC has issued cause list for next week and issued notices to the respondents. EC has issued notice to petitioner Babar Nawaz and Omar Ayub. The petitioner had sought time for preparation during previous hearing. Hearing of reference regarding disqualification of Member of National Assembly (MNA) Jamshed Dasti will take place on May 7.
