Illegal appointments case

Anti Corruption Court (ACC) Lahore while deciding to indict former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and other accused in illegal appointments in Punjab Assembly (PA) case has summoned the accused persons on November 06 for indictment. The court also sought arguments on acquittal pleas of co-accused of Pervaiz Elahi. Judge Javed Iqbal Warraich of ACC issued written order of hearing of the case. The order said prosecutor raised objection over one day exemption plea of Pervaiz Elahi.
According to prosecution Pervaiz Elahi had not appeared in the court during previous hearing too.
It was said in the written order prosecutor said indictment has not been framed so far in this case.
