despite Pak-Iran tension

Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has said it is focusing on holding election on February 8 despite border tension between Pakistan and Iran.
According to ECP spokesperson EC is determined to hold election according to schedule and date announced in this regard.
He said EC is engaged in the preparations for holding election. No such proposal or option is under consideration that election date could be reviewed in the wake of Pakistan-Iran tension.
The spokesperson said we are working as usual. Preparations are underway to hold election on February 08.
