According to IESCO Spokesman, in light of IESCO Chief Executive Directions prompt action is being taken against electricity theft in whole region of IESCO. IESCO Operation staff M&T and Surveillance directorates are taking part in anti-electricity theft activities.
07 electricity thieves caught in IESCO region during Second week of March. According to detail Jhelum Circle 07 cases reported. For legal action against involved customer applications have been given in concern Police Station.
IESCO Chief passed instruction to all field formation to spent time in field and check meter of all tariffs so that electricity theft could be finished. Anti-electricity theft activities will continue in the last thief because he is criminal and enemy of this country and this country public. IESCO chief said that if any IESCO employee involves in electricity theft, strict legal and departmental action may initiated against him.
