Chairman, Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) Muhammad Faiq Shah has appealed the Chief Justice of Supreme Court to immediately constitute judicial commission on ‘Lettergate’ to clear everything.
Now the letter was also available with them so a probe should be initiated promptly in order to avoid a split among the public, he demanded.
The ATP chairman stated that a peaceful transition of power has removed confusing situations.
However, he said the dream of justice and public authority is still awaiting to come true.
He asked the newly installed government to bring an agenda of economic justice and stability without wasting time. He said his party is ready to cooperate and give a comprehensive strategy.
Shah while talking to reporters here on Sunday said the mega corruption cases must be decided at earliest.
Now the conglomerate of 15 political parties has a heavy responsibility to complete the agenda by bringing the country’s economy on the right track, reforms as well as resolving public issues on priority basis, Faiq stressed.
Furthermore, he emphasized everyone should move ahead for public authority and justice instead of distribution and sharing of power.
Also, he emphasized everyone should move ahead for public authority and justice instead of distribution and sharing of power.
He noticed former prime minister Imran Khan had fallen prey to “Makafaat E Amal” rewards of his actions (recomposes of deeds esp. of misdeeds). If he would fully materialize his commitment, today whatever happened that cannot be prevailed, he added.
He lamented: “Why law and justice different for elites”? As for them, the courts resumed proceedings overnight, he added.
Shah asked: “When will ‘suo moto’ and ‘justice’ be taken for the poor masses?
Has the occurrence of incidents or co-incidents overnight also opened the doors of justice?
Furthermore, he questioned: “Is the same politicians come to the legislative assembly”?
He vowed his party will sustain its ongoing drive and struggle for Pakistan, justice and public authority.
He said it is a fact that power is no matter as it transfers from one to another, but exemplary punishment should be granted to those people who were involved in selling conscience and violated the sanctity of public mandate and vote.
Whatever happened in Sindh house and Lahore, the superior judiciary should also take notice of it, he appealed. He demanded to shut the door of ‘Lottacracy’ [Switching of loyalties] forever.
He said the newly installed government should announce a social and economic agenda. He vowed to continue to hold accountability and assessment at every moment.
