PESHAWAR: Muhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party urged the supreme court and top judiciary to order for increasing judges strength to ensure quick dispensation of justice to all. Shah in a statement here on Tuesday suggested formation of an increased number of model and consumer courts across the country while for the speedy trial, government and administration should be bound to bring improvement and rigidness in the prosecution system. He appealed to the judiciary to take notice of the wheat scandal and catch up big crocodiles which were behind this mega scam and bring them before the public.
Today, he said famers and cultivators are suffering from barbarism, which was compelling to sale wheat on Rs2500/mand.
He asked: “Is this not unjust that how the judiciary of an agricultural country will bear this cruelty with farmers,”?
He added: “How the eyes of the judiciary can see this cruelty”?
Faiq said his party has conveyed genuine ordeals and grievances of farmers to government and authorities concerned but condition of growers still unchanged.

Furthermore, he said farmers are in trouble and frustrated in the prevailing scenario.
Access of people to the judiciary is impossible owing to heavy fees and bribes, the ATP chief said.
He said society cannot be flourished without provision of justice.
He said it is the responsibility of the top judiciary that it should bound administration to establish courts and assistance for litigants
Weak rules are connivance of the ruling segment, meaning that they should easily escape themselves from bringing them to justice, Mr Shah said.
He said the reward and punishment system and equality is essential to progressive and prosperous society.
He said ATP is making vigorous efforts to attain it.
