PESHAWAR: A delegation from the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) met with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Food, Zahir Shah , to discuss food security and collaborative projects in the province. Led by FAO Head of Food and Agriculture, Farrukh Tuirov, the delegation assured full cooperation in enhancing food security initiatives in KP. Tuirov emphasized FAO’s commitment to supporting the province in ensuring the availability of quality and safe food through reforms aimed at improving transparency and efficiency. Secretary Food Saqib Raza Aslam and other senior officials provided a detailed briefing on ongoing and future projects.
