PESHAWAR: During the blessed month of Ramadan in Peshawar, travelers and passers-by are fasting at Hayatabad Toll Plaza, Khyber Bazar, GT Road and various other places under the supervision of Peshawar District Social Welfare Department under the supervision of non-governmental welfare organizations. Secretary Social Welfare Ziaul Haq and District Social Welfare Officer Peshawar Noor Muhammad Mehsud, around 1300 fasting people broke the fast under the Iftar program. A total of 350 under the auspices of Maa Welfare Trust at Toll Plaza Hayatabad, 350 under the auspices of Turs Foundation and Pekhawar Welfare Organization at PSO Pump GT Road and 450 passengers by Helping Youth Pakistan and Turs Foundation at Khyber Bazar besides Iftar was offered to passers-by at different localities by the youth organization.
