non fixation of case for hearing
ISLAMABAD
Former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry along with his counsel Faisal Chaudhry appeared in the court of Chief Justice of Pakistan ( CJP) on non fixation of case for hearing.
Fawad Chaudhry took the plea before CJP our case has not been fixed for hearing despite court’s orders.
Advocate Faisal Chaudhry said larger bench was available then case should have been fixed.
Fawad Chaudhry said on this occasion May 9 related cases are running daily after Supreme Court orders.
The CJP Yahya Afridi remarked there should be no injustice in connection with orders for wrapping up cases within 4 months. One case will run in Anti Terrorism Court on one day and not this that hearing of all the cases take place in different courts on one day.
CJP remarked registrar office will inform you with reference to hearing of your case.
