Under the special directives of Major General Rao Imran Sartaj, Inspector General Frontier Corps KP North, Police Martyrs’ Day was commemorated with profound respect and solemnity in various districts across the province.
In this regard, dignified ceremonies were organized in different districts. These events were attended by officers from the Police, Army, Frontier Corps, and civil administration, alongside the families and children of the martyrs, tribal elders, and prominent citizens.
On this occasion, smartly turned-out police contingents presented a guard of honour at the martyrs’ monuments. Floral wreaths were laid at the memorials to pay rich tribute to the ultimate sacrifices of the martyrs.
The central ceremony of Police Martyrs’ Day was held in the provincial capital, Peshawar, and was attended by Major General Rao Imran Sartaj, Inspector General Frontier Corps KP North. During the event, IG FC distributed gifts among the children of the police martyrs and paid glowing tributes to their sacrifices. He deeply encouraged the families and children of the martyrs, saluting their courage and bravery.
