ISLAMABAD
Cause list of Federal Constitution Court (FCC) for Tuesday has been cancelled due to Iranian president visit to Pakistan and stringent security arrangements in red zone.
According to notification issued by registrar office FCC all the hearings of the court fixed for Tuesday have been adjourned.
The notification said that clients, lawyers and court’s staff are facing difficulties due to closure of passages in red zone and connected areas. Due to this situation decision has been taken to cancel cause list.
According to court’s sources several key high ways and entry points have been either closed or restricted due to security reasons.
Therefore, the access to the court has become impossible. New cause list and dates for hearings will be announced later.
