Lahore: Federal Shariat Court Islamabad has released detailed verdict regarding “Haq Mehr” in connection of women obtaining divorce on basis of “Khulla”. According to verdict, court bounded women to return full “Haq Mehr” in case they obtain divorce on the basis of “Khulla”. The verdict will be implemented on all new cases to be registered after 1st May of current year. ONLINE
