FGEHA Distributed POLs to Affectees of Sectors F-14 and F-15 under Land Sharing Basis

The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has achieved another significant milestone for the affectees of Sectors F-14 and F-15, Islamabad. On the special directions of Director General FGEHA, Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, Provisional Offer Letters (POLs) were formally distributed today among the affectees under the Land Sharing Basis, bringing a wave of relief and satisfaction among the stakeholders and further strengthening their confidence in the successful progress of the housing project.
In this regard, a dignified ceremony was organized in Sectors F-14 and F-15, Islamabad, which was attended by the Deputy Commissioner, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, Director Land, and other concerned officers. During the ceremony, Provisional Offer Letters were handed over to the affectees, while the relevant officials also interacted with them and assured them that the Housing Authority is taking all possible measures for the protection of their rights and timely resolution of their issues.
Addressing the ceremony, the Deputy Commissioner, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority, stated that Sectors F-14 and F-15 are among the most important residential projects of the Federal Capital. He further stated that, under the directions of the Federal Minister for Housing and Works, Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Secretary Housing and Works, Captain (Retd.) Muhammad Mahmood, and Director General FGEHA, Captain (Retd.) Zafar Iqbal, development activities in these sectors are being carried out at an accelerated pace.
He emphasized that providing legitimate rights to the affectees under the Land Sharing Basis is among the top priorities of the Housing Authority, and the distribution of Provisional Offer Letters is an important step in this direction.
He further added that practical measures are continuously being undertaken for the resolution of affectees’ issues, promotion of transparency, restoration of confidence, and timely completion of development works.
The officials stated that development activities in Sectors F-14 and F-15 have significantly accelerated and that these sectors will emerge as model housing projects equipped with modern residential facilities in the near future.
The affectees present at the ceremony appreciated the efforts of the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority and expressed hope that development and administrative matters would continue to progress with the same commitment and momentum so that the project could be completed at the earliest possible time.
