Cipher case

FIA while declaring Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qurshi culprits in cipher case has filed challan in official secret act court. FIA while filing challan in court has requested for conducting trial of chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. It also provided list of 28 witnesses. Statements of 27 among these 28 witnesses under 161 are also included. According to sources Asa Umar is not in the list of the accused persons in FIA challan. While former principal secretary Azam Khan has become the strongest witness of FIA.

It has been said in the challan chairman PTI kept cipher with him and misused state secret. Copy of cipher reached chairman PTI but it was not returned.

The witnesses include foreign secretary Asad Majeed, former foreign secretary Sohail Mehmood, additional foreign secretary Faisal Niaz Tirmizi and others.
