A free eye camp was organised by the Khyber Eye Foundation for officers and personnel of the City Traffic Police Peshawar here on Saturday.
The camp was organized on the special directives of Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Peshawar Dr Zahidullah.
The camp provided free eye screening services to traffic police personnel, while free spectacles and medicines were also distributed under the supervision of camp in-charge Javed Afridi.
Speaking on the occasion, CTO Dr Zahidullah said that a series of welfare initiatives for traffic police officers and personnel would continue in the future.
He added that special attention was being given to the health and well-being of traffic police as an integral part of the force.
