Two held drug recovered in police operation

Police have intensified a targeted crackdown against criminals to curb crime and maintain law and order in the city.
According to a statement issued here on Saturday, during an operation, SHO Sharqi Police Station Mubarak Zeb Khan, along with other police personnel, arrested two suspects.
The arrested persons have been identified as Nazir and Adnan.
They were allegedly involved in in the drug trafficking.
Police said they recovered three kilograms of hashish, crystal meth (ice) worth thousands of rupees, several narcotic pills and a pistol from the possession of the suspects.
Cases have been registered against the arrested individuals, and further investigation was underway.
