Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North are committed to improving healthcare accessibility for the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
As part of this ongoing initiative, a free medical camp is currently underway at the newly constructed Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KPK in Shakas, Khyber district. Running from February 15 to March 15, the Free Medical Camp offers complimentary medical examinations every Thursday and Friday.
Additionally, patients can avail themselves of 25 to 50 percent discounts on treatment for various ailments throughout the week.
During the inaugural days of the camp on February 15th and 16th, over 500 patients, including men, women, and children, received free medical check-ups. Dedicated doctors and nursing staff from Frontier Corps North provided expert care across specialties such as dermatology, orthopedics, surgery, gynecology, ENT, and dental health.
Local residents have expressed gratitude for the initiative, acknowledging the vital role played by Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North in bringing essential healthcare closer to home. With the establishment of the Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, residents of Khyber district including Jamrud, Landi Kotal, Bara, and other tribal areas in KPK can now access basic healthcare services at discounted rates, eliminating the need to travel to other cities for treatment.
This ongoing effort reflects the unwavering commitment of Pakistan Army and Frontier Corps North to prioritize the health and well-being of the communities they serve.
