JI Amir Hafiz Naeem ur Rehman has said dharnas will continue until the relief is provided and if government does not accept demands then full wheel jam strike will be observed.
“We will not rest content till the elimination of petroleum levy and provision of relief to people. if government does not accept demands then complete wheel jam strike will be observed. Neither any vehicle will be on road nor will any petrol pump open. It is hoped government will go back and levy will be abolished. If mafias try to sabotage it they will be brought before people., he said this while addressing a press conference in Islamabad on Saturday.
He said a large public meeting was held in Swat at night and sit in has been started therein too.
He went on to say an overall environment was created due to strike in the country. Government realized the ire is there among the people and lest it should spiral out of control.
Government contacted us for fear of this while this step should have been taken earlier. Talks will be started at technical committee level from day after tomorrow.
He underlined government is more focusing on London than Pakistan. Rulers catch planes instead of focusing on problems facing the people and some time they go anywhere.
Citing to the matter that 50 percent students have failed in 9th class examination in Punjab he said this situation is there in that province wherein it is told the canals of milk and honey are flowing.
Do you want to make nation illiterate, he questioned.
This has remained tradition of PML-N, he said adding PPP too is equally responsible in this matter which remained involved in breaking and making illegal government.
About MQM he said this is a such party which becomes fit every where. It could not win a single polling both. They are of form 47.
There is no framework with government with reference to provinces, he said adding only there are “aaniyan, Janiyan of government.
