ISLAMABAD: Funeral prayer of Islamabad capital police Constable Khalid Mehmood was offered at Police Lines Headquarters. Senior police officers and a large number of police officials offered the funeral prayer. According to the details, the funeral prayer of Constable Khalid Mehmood posted at the Security division of Islamabad capital police was offered at Police Lines Headquarters. Late police officer was shifted to hospital due to sickness but he could not survive and was reunited with his real Creator. A smartly turned-out contingent of the police personnel presented a guard of honour. Police officers shouldered the coffins and later the bodies were sent to his respective native town in district Gujranwala, Punjab. The Islamabad Capital City Police Officer (ICCPO), Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan condoled with the family of the deceased and assured the grieved families of full support from the department and that their family would be taken care of.
