Former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur and Asad Farooq Khan have been indicted in Audio leaks case.
Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in District and Sessions court Islamabad during the hearing of Audio leaks case.
The court ended the proceedings of the proclaimed offender against him and his arrest warrants were cancelled.
The case came up for hearing before additional district and session judge Nasar Minallah Baloch Saturday.
Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in the court along with his counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan advocate. Co-accused Asad Farooq Khan was also present in the court.

During the hearing of the case the judge remarked you have not appeared in the court.
Ali Amin Gandapur took the plea he could not appear due to security situation, curfew and closure of passages.
He told the court he was talking on call with reference to license. His mobile phones were also taken during raids.
Judge Nasar Minallah Baloch remarked sentence cannot be awarded merely at the stance of prosecution. Indictment was not framed in this case since long.
Defence counsel Raja Zahoor ul Hassan requested the court to cancel arrest warrants taking the plea if the accused appears in the court then court has powers to cancel the arrest warrants.
The court while cancelling the arrest warrants directed him to remain careful in future and appear in the court regularly.
The court further said if such situation arises in future then plea be filed in the court for exemption.
The hearing of the case was adjourned till April 6.
