Girls’ School expansion issue in Nowshera Kalan resolved through Jirga

A sensitive issue related to the expansion of Government Girls High School, Nowshera Kalan, has been amicably resolved through a traditional Jirga.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Nowshera, Ms. Sara Tawab, played a key role in the resolution process. Under the supervision of the district administration, the issue of encroachment was peacefully settled through mutual consultation and trust-building among the concerned parties, paving the way for the renovation and expansion of the school.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Sara Tawab stated that resolving issues while respecting traditional values not only promotes social harmony but also strengthens trust between the public and the administration. She expressedsatisfaction that the matter was resolved without any conflict and remarked that public trust is her greatest achievement.
According to administrative sources, the initiative will enable the provision of improved educational facilities for female students of the area, while local residents have termed the development a positive step toward educational progress and social harmony.
