ISLAMABAD: Government has increased petroleum levy by Rs 9.64 per liter. As per media reports with the increase of Rs 9.64 per liter the levy has once again reached level of Rs 80 per liter. Earlier it stood Rs 70.36 per liter. Government has maintained levy on high speed diesel. It will stay Rs 70.82 per liter. Sources said the enhancement in levy is likely to shift more financial burden to common man because levy directly impacts over all prices of petroleum products. ONLINE
Government has raised price of kerosine oil by Rs 11.19 per liter. With this increase the price of kerosine oil has been raised from Rs 231.14 per liter to Rs 242.33 per liter.
