LAHORE: The recent increase in the prices of petroleum products has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC). A miscellaneous petition in this regard has been filed by Judicial Activism Panel in LHC. The petition said government has enhanced prices of petroleum products without any justification. The prices of petroleum products have fallen in international market. Federal government has no mechanism for changing price of petroleum products. The petitioner requested the court to declare the recent hike in petroleum products prices null and void. ONLINE
