PESHAWAR
Muhammad Faiq Shah, founder and chairman of the Amun Taraqqi Party said if Pakistan would put in the right direction then leadership and priority should be given to 160million young men and women.
Addressing a public gathering and corner meetings ahead of Feb 8 general election on Thursday, Shah said our party manifesto has maximum focused on youths, wherein youth will play an important role for leadership, education, employment and authority.
Youth should come forward themselves and make Pakistan a true welfare state as per the struggle of founding leader of the country Quaid E Azam, wherein ignorance, unawareness and dynastic/inheritance politics will be eliminated forever, Shah said.
Furthermore, he said leadership will come with ordinary people in a democratic way, besides economic and social issues would be resolved on priority basis.
Our first priority is youths, the ATP chief said, adding practical programs will be initiated for technical education in countless government-run institutions.
Also, he said new industrial zones will be established and the main focus to be given to agriculture and research under the ATP agenda, aimed that the whole nation will jointly put their share in national progress.
Shah noted a large number of highly-qualified young people have faced hardships to get jobs in the country.
He vowed proactive steps would be taken to provide jobs to young people.
Similarly, he said corruption, favoritism and stubbornness and policy to bring specific segments up will be eliminated.
He said initiatives would be also made for ease of doing business while under “Prosper and Progressive Pakistan Campaign’, industry, trade and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will be promoted on emergent grounds.
He said new avenues and opportunities will be available to youth to improve their skills.
The party leader said a joint board will be formed in all four federating units, including Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Kashmir, which would work together for collective wisdom, leadership and progress.
The same passion will make Pakistan a developed and progressive nation, he added.
Faiq asked the government and institutions to patronage of youth’ caravan so no one can weaken Pakistan.
He said ATP in its manifesto has brought best leadership as per requirements, modernization and future.
He said this is a struggle for authority and justice and every representative should convey the party’ message by visiting door to door of people in their respective constituencies.
