ISLAMABAD: Government has decided to launch Vision Pakistan-2047 program on August 12. According to Prime Minister (PM) office Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif will formally launch Vision Pakistan -2047 program. A long term program will be introduced under Vision Pakistan -2047 for promotion of national economy and sustainable economic growth. As per media report that under Vision Pakistan -2047, special programs will be included for providing opportunities to the young generation for stability of national economy and stable economic growth. Government has decided to establish Uraan Pakistan plan of ministry of planning in accordance with Vision Pakistan -2047. In this connection PM Office has sought targets from all ministries and respective institutions for Vision Pakistan -2047. Sources said all the ministries have been directed to provide strategic targets, reforms and long term development agenda for Vision Pakistan -2047. The targets related to National Development Economic Transformation, Human Capital Development and Technology will be part of this project. Directives have been issued to include targets of important sectors including climate durability and governance reforms in Vision Pakistan -2047. Online
