PESHAWAR
Secretary information and public relations Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Syed Abdul Jabbar Shah, assured the journalist community of solving their problems on priority, saying the provincial government has taken pragmatic steps for the working journalists welfare.
He expressed these views while talking to Peshawar Press Club (PPC) president Arshad Aziz Malik, who congratulated Syed Abdul Jabbar Shah on his promotion to Grade 21.
Secretary information Syed Abdul Jabbar said that the provincial government is taking comprehensive measures to solve the problems faced by journalists in the province and to promote journalism.
Additional secretary information Aleem Khan, director general information department Muhammad Imran, deputy secretary Muhammad Khurram and former president of the PPC M Riaz were also present on this occasion.
Mr Jabbar Shah expressed his views regarding the welfare of journalists in the province and the government’s measures for the promotion of journalism.
President Arshad Aziz Malik thanked the secretary information for the support and assurance of resolving working journalists problems.
