Hearing of 11 cases related to May 9 incident has once again been adjourned without court’s proceedings.
11 cases related to May 9 incident came up for hearing before judge Amjad Ali Shah of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi.
Prosecutor Zaheer Ali Shah, defence counsels and former interior minister Sheikh Rashid reached the court. Attendance of PTI Founder Imran Khan was marked on jail robkar.
During the hearing of the case, prosecutor told the court that the copies of the challans are being given to the accused who have not received these copies.
The court adjourned the hearing of 11 cases related to May 9 incident till June 14.
Later Naeem Panjutha counsel for Imran Khan while talking to media men said no deal or dheel is taking place. Offer was made to PTI founder 3 years back that he should remain silent for 3 years then every thing will be made ok. PTI founder replied he will not even remain silent for 3 minutes .
Naeem Panjutha said PTI founder has nodded yes for talks on three points including Indian aggression, terrorism and economic matters.
He held PTI MNAs were awarded sentence without evidence and without giving final arguments by us.
There are cases against 52 assembly members of PTI. Conspiracy is being hatched to award punishment to them. PTI founder has given reply in unequivocal terms that he will not bow down at any cost. Judiciary will be responsible if justice is not administered to us.
He further said 26th constitutional amendment was aimed at protecting fraud election and awarding punishment to us. Now threats are being given to us for 27th constitutional amendment. We will not bow , no matter how many amendments they make and how many our members they disqualify.
He pointed out PTI founder was asked in jail that he should tender apology on May 9 incident then every thing will be OK.
PTI founder said bring footage of May 9. Whosoever is found responsible be given exemplary punishment. PTI founder said those who are behind May 9 should apologize.
He indicated notice of 62 and 63 has been given to opposition leader in National Assembly.
No talks of any kind are being held in connection with release of PTI founder. The reports regarding release of PTI founder before Eid are false. PTI founder has made it clear in an unambiguous terms jail for the sake of country or talk Deal will not be struck at any cost.
