Court has adjourned hearing of 4 bail pleas of PTI founder till October 7. Judge Arshid Javed of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) took up four bail pleas of PTI founder for hearing Monday. Special prosecutor sought time for arguments on the bail pleas. The court sought arguments from prosecution on next hearing.
Barrister Suleman Safadar counsel for PTI founder Imran Khan has already completed arguments on four bail pleas.
4 Bail pleas of PTI founder including torching PML-N office are pending hearing in court No 3.
PTI founder has filed bail after pleas in 12 cases. In other 8 cases bail pleas of Imran Khan are pending hearing in admn court. Hearing in 8 cases has been adjourned without proceedings.
Judge Khalid Arshid of ATC Admn has been transferred.
PTI founder has filed bail pleas in 4 cases including torching PML-N office,. torching container in Kalima chowk and setting ablaze container in front of national park Gulberg.
Bail pleas of PTI founder in 8 cases including attack on Jinnah and Askari tower are pending hearing in court No 1.
