ISLAMABAD
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has adjourned till June 28 hearing of two cases registered against PTI founder Imran Khan and others in Police station Ramna.
The two cases came up for hearing before judge Tahir Abbas Sipra of ATC Islamabad Friday.
Senator Shibli Faraz, Ali Nawaz Awan, Wasiq Qayyum and others appeared in the court.
PTI counsels Sardar Muhammad Masroof advocate and Naeem Panjutha appeared in the court.
Counsel for PTI said during the hearing of the case over 50 accused persons have been discharged in these two cases and the remaining persons could not appear in the court being absconders. Those who are now appearing be discharged under 265 D. Upon it Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra said the case has not come to this stage so far that any decision be made about the accused. No reply has come so far on this report. The attendance of all accused be completed so that the case could be run further.
Counsel for PTI founder said report was summoned during previous hearing with reference to production of PTI founder. The hearing of the cases was adjourned till June 28.
