Former Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and senior leader of Awami National Party (ANP), Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, on Saturday congratulated the party office bearers and workers for successfully organizing the Workers Convention in Tehsil Katlang.
In an official statement, Hoti extended his deep gratitude on behalf of himself and ANP leadership to dedicated members at district, tehsil and union council levels.
He emphasized that massive public participation witnessed at event served as a clear testament to the party’s unwavering commitment to addressing critical national issues and defending fundamental rights of the public.
He voiced serious concerns over current state of province, stating that while KP was grappling with a severe financial crisis, those in power remain preoccupied with their own political agendas and personal interests.
By contrast, he reaffirmed that ANP remained focused on welfare of citizenry during these challenging economic times.
Drawing inspiration from legacy of Bacha Khan, Hoti remarked that the party’s mission was to reach out to every individual with sincerity and without any underlying greed.
He concluded by asserting that neither official positions nor political power are prerequisites for serving the people; instead, true public service requires only right intentions and a firm determination.
