PESHAWAR: A drug- addict husband shot dead his wife after an altercation over a domestic issue in Old Sakhakot area of Dargai in Malakand district, Levies official informed on Sunday. According to Levies, the suspect, who is reportedly addicted to crystal meth (“ice”), opened fire on his wife during an argument, killing her on the spot. Soon after the incident, Levies personnel and rescue teams reached the scene and shifted the victim’s body to a hospital for post-mortem examination and legal formalities. The accused fled immediately after the shooting. Levies have launched a search operation and conducting raids at various locations to arrest him. APP
