Islamabad High Court has accepted Maryam Nawaz’s advocates request and postponed the case till 15 September.
2 member bench of IHC heard the avenfield case on Thursday.
Maryam Nawaz, Capt Safdar and their advocate Amjad Parvez could not appear before the court. Subordinate lawyer submitted the exception request which has been accepted and hearing postponed by court till 15 September.
