ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has fixed for hearing cipher case pertaining to Imran Khan on Monday next week
Earlier the hearing was adjourned due to holiday in connection with Youm-e-Takbeer.
Call up notices have been issued to the respondents.
A two members bench of IHC comprising Chief Justice (CJ) Aamir Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the case.
The court will hear the appeal pleas in respect of PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
The hearing is most likely to be completed and decision to be announced.
The cipher case could not be heard on May 28 being public holiday.
