Murder plot allegations
ISLAMABAD
Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to the respondents on the bail plea of former interior minister Sheikh Rashid pertaining to case of murder plot allegations against former president Asif Zardari registered in Aabpara police station Islamabad. Bail plea of Sheikh Rashid came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani here Monday.
The court held a brief hearing of the bail plea and issued notices to the parties concerned for February 16. It is pertinent to mention here the bail pleas of Sheikh Rashid have already been rejected by magistrate and sessions court. Now he has filed bail petition in IHC. Suleman Akram Raja advocate and Naeem Ahmad advocate appeared on behalf of Sheikh Rashid in the court.
