Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered for not taking adverse action and harassing PTI leader Sher Afzal Marwat.
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz took up for hearing petition filed by Sher Afzal Marwat for issuance of orders by the court for not harassing him besides providing him details of cases against him.
Sher Afzal Marwat appeared in the court.
Sher Afzal Marwat took the plea in the court during hearing of the case we staged protest and took out rally and later raid was conducted on my house. The door of my house was broken and we were harassed till 1 o’clock at night. The respondents be issued notice and details of cases be sought from them.
The petitioner told the court he knows about one FIR in which I have been granted bail a day before.
Government has started a new job now a days. Several cases are registered against opposition leaders. Details of cases be sought from police and FIA. Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz remarked first of all we issue notice and seek reply. Sher Afzal Marwat requested we cannot make expectation. You please issue order for not harassing and entering into house without warrants.
Later the court while issuing notice to the respondents ordered for providing details of cases against Sher Afzal Marwat, not harassing and taking adverse action against him.
The court while adjourning the hearing of the case till February 26 sought report.
