ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while ordering to stop CDA operation in Kachi Abadi Muslim Colony Islamabad has adjourned the hearing of the case till December 16, Justice Raja Inam Amin Minhas while issuing notice to CDA has sought reply till December 16. The counsel for affectees said that thousands of people are residing in Kachi Abadi. It is Bari Imam area which is established since 1960. Supreme Court (SC) has issued directive for working out mechanism in respect of Kachi abadis. The counsel told the court the areas of Noor Pur and Bari Imam is included in Muslim colony. CDA is demolishing the homes without information and notice . CDA operation is unjust. Court should issue orders for stopping operation. The court while ordering CDA to stop operation adjourned hearing of the case till December 16. StafF reporter
