ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has reserved judgment in petition against appointment of chairman PTA. Justice Babar Sattar issued written order on Wednesday. Chairman PTA, Additional Attorney General (AAG) and others have been directed to file reply till September 8. The court remarked any respondent who wants to file reply can submit it till September 08. Federal government can file record of chairman PTA process if it wants to file. Justice Babar Sattar remarked detailed arguments of counsels of the respondents have already been heard. The respondents were given chance for further assistance to court after amendment in powers of high court. Assistant Attorney General told the court AAG is on leave. Assistant Attorney General sought more time for filing reply by federation. Counsel for PTA too requested for adjourning the hearing being abroad. Online
