Non provision of clean drinking water
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has sought reply from CDA and district administration in the case against non provision of clean drinking water in Kot Hathial area of Islamabad. The court has ordered to file reply till next hearing. Justice Muhammad Asif of IHC heard the petition filed by a citizen. According to petitioner filthy water is mixing in pipeline being pipeline old . Different diseases are spreading due to filthy water. . The court adjourned hearing of the case for indefinite period.
