ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while hearing PTI leader Latif Khosa petition seeking removal of his name from ECL/PNCL list has sought report from government. A division bench of IHC comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir has summoned report from federal government. Latif Khosa and Assistant Attorney General (AAG) Azmat Bashir Tarar appeared in the court. Latif Khosa told the court he has to go to London till January 5. But travel- restrictions have been imposed on him. The court inquired name of Khosa Sahib is included in what lists of travel-restrictions and why. In what list name of Latif Khosa was put and why.
