Fake nikkah with lady doctor
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the decision on registration of case against Vice Chancellor (VC) of Health Service Academy (HAS) in Nikkah dispute. Justice Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri of IHC issued the orders. The court suspended the decision on the petition of VC. The court while issuing notice to lady doctor and other respondents sought reply from them. Islamabad Session Court had ordered to register case against VC of Health Services Academy. VC challenged sessions court decision in high court. VC is charged with keeping a lady doctor in long term relations with deceit and cheat through fake nikkah. Online
