PESHAWAR: Special Assistant to the Chief Minister for Education, Muhammad Asim Khan has issued directives regarding suspension of 20 officers from the Education Department Peshawar. Following the orders, he instructed the Secretary Education on Tuesday to promptly appoint new officers in place of the suspended ones to ensure that educational activities continue without interruption. Muhammad Asim Khan emphasized that negligence, absenteeism and poor performance in the department will not be tolerated. He further directed that a strict system of accountability and reward be implemented across the department. He urged all administrative and teaching staff to focus their full attention on students› education and provision of facilities, ensuring that learning processes remain smooth and effective. The efforts, he said highlight the provincial government›s commitment to maintaining discipline and performance standards in the education sector. APP
