Official Secret Act Court has awarded 10 years sentence each to PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi in cipher case.
Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain of official secret act court took up the case for hearing on Tuesday in Adiala jail.
The learned judge provided questionnaire and copy of statements to PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi to record their statements under 342.
Replies to 36 questions were sought from the accused in questionnaire .
Both the political leaders got recorded replies themselves.
The judge asked last question before announcing sentence “ Imran Sahb cipher has gone where.
PTI founder replied cipher is not with me. I have got recorded in my statement Prime Minister House security was not my responsibility.
The court recorded the statements of PTI founder and Shah Mehmood Qureshi under 342 and awarded sentence .
