Pakistan has said Indian provocation on LoC is unacceptable.
“Indian provocation on LoC is unacceptable. India should stop violations of ceasefire on LoC. Hurriyat leaders be released from jails. Pakistan is pursuing one China Policy. Afghan authorities have assured for not allowing its soil to be used for anti Pakistan activities. US embassy or Election Commission can give more details of US ambassador meeting with Election commissioner, this was said by Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch in weekly press briefing here in FO Friday.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said the latest communication by the UN Special Procedures is a comprehensive document, covering multi-faceted human rights abuses in IIOJK, under the cover of counter-terrorism laws. She said it indicts India on its human rights record and the grave situation in IIOJK.
She said the care taker Prime Minister (PM) Anwar Ul Haq visited FO yesterday and briefing on Pakistan relations with other countries was given to PM.
PM gave his concept of foreign policy to FO. Saudi minister of Hajj visited Pakistan last week.
The Foreign Office Spokesperson said Pakistan has repeatedly shared concerns with the Afghan authorities about the terrorism threat emanating from Afghanistan.
She said Afghan authorities should honour their commitments of not allowing their land for terrorism against other countries including Pakistan.
Regarding the BRICS summit in Johannesburg, she said Pakistan will examine the latest developments and make a determination about its future engagement with the Group.

She said Pakistan is an ardent supporter of multilaterism and as a member of several multilateral organizations it has always played an important role for global peace and development. She said Pakistan shall continue its efforts for fostering the spirit of international cooperation and revitalization of inclusive multilateralism.
To a question, Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said Pakistan’s position on Taiwan question is consistent and principled. She said we adhere to one China policy and regard Chinese Taipei as an inalienable part of peoples republic of China.
She said AJK home department can give reply about the suspected Afghan nationals arrested in AJK.
She held Cricket Board authorities are in contact with India on participation of Pakistan in cricket world cup. Pakistan cricket board authorities are reviewing the situation regarding arrangements in India.
