May 9 siege and Arson cases
LAHORE
Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has extended interim bail of PTI founder Imran Khan till February 19 in siege and arson cases of May 9. Judge Arshid Javed of ATC Lahore took up the interim bail pleas of PTI founder for hearing on February 15. Junior lawyer took the plea that counsel for PTI founder is busy in Al-Qadir trust case in Islamabad. Legal team of PTI founder requested the court to give more time to give arguments.
The court while accepting the plea extended the interim bail of PTI founder till February 19.
The court directed to finalize the arrangements in connection with video link attendance of PTI founder from jail on next hearing.
