Islamabad (Online): Ameer Jamaat-i-Islami Sirajul Haq once again requested of creating an inquiry commission with the mandate to investigate the panama gate matter and for the accountability of corrupt people.
JI chief Sirajul Haq on Tuesday while talking to media persons outside the Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) played up that the court should end this case in this December.
All political parties are of the view that commission should be formed adding that “we gave suggestion that within 25 days commission and inquiry should be completed”.
He said that JI had served the bills regarding to eradicate corruption but the government shelved four bills in cold stores.JI chief said but the government did not serve the bill to purge the corruption and using delay tactics.
“Military courts are the mistress on civil courts adding that military courts can be accepted for some certain time but not as permanent, JI chief added.”
It is vital to mention here that on Dec 3, JI chief Sirajul Haq had submitted an application with a request to constitute an inquiry commission. He had also requested that the court make a party in the case all the family members, including children, companies and business entities of those whose names had surfaced in the Panama Papers leaks.
