ISLAMABAD: Justice Musarrat Hilali of Supreme Court (SC) has excused from becoming judge of Federal Constitutional Court (FCC). According to sources Justice Musarrat Hilali has regretted due to health problem. On the other hand the sources have said following her refusal she has not been considered in this regard. Justice Amin ud Din Khan has taken oath of chief justice of FCC. President Asif Ali Zardari administered oath to him. The oath taking ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, federal ministers, members of parliament , chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and senior military leadership. ONLINE
